Get started with reshaping the conversation: In our foundational module, we introduce you to our unique inter-cultural coaching model. We cover all the core competencies needed to coach professionally and to shape the conversation for new awareness that leads to action. The learning is very applied, with coaching practice and practical feedback built into the process.

Go deeper for lasting change: In our advanced module, we take your coaching skill to a much deeper level, exploring models for more profound and long-lasting transformation. These are applied to real-life contexts, including values-base, work-life integration, life transitions and building resilience. The learning has coaching practice and practical feedback built into the process.
CREATE A COACHING CULTURE
Go wide to create contextual learning: In our organisational module, we give you the skills to transfer the coaching approach to those around you. You learn to embody a coaching mindset, create learning partnerships and establish these as everyday culture in your workplace or programme. You also get to apply coaching to your leadership role. Across all of our training, we also explore the tools and systems required to establish your coaching practice.

Global real-world experience
Each member of our faculty has at least 25 years of experience working inter-culturally with social impact organizations in Africa, Asia, Europe, the United States, New Zealand, and the Middle East. When we author or train a module, it’s not just theory - each of us has lived in several different cultures and countries, with our families, and bring lifetimes of experience and struggle to the topics covered. As a result, our interactive training modules are rich with real-world examples and pragmatic application.
