Coach Deeper was accredited as a Level 1 coach education provider by the International Coaching Federation in 2023. Our Level 1 offering provides participants with 75 learning hours and a pathway to the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential.

 

Those Level 1 learning hours are provided through three modules:

• Coach Deeper Essentials (30 hours)

• Coach Deeper Transformation (30 hours)

• Group Mentor Coaching (15 hours)

After completing these three modules and the performance evaluation, participants are awarded a Level 1 certificate.

Level 2 pilots

Over the next 18 months (across 2024 and 2025), we will pilot new training material as we prepare to upgrade to a Level 2 provider. Our Level 2 offering will provide at least 50 hours of training, enabling graduates to upgrade to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential. These can also be counted as CCEs towards credential renewal.

The Level 2 offering will also be modularised and will include the following:

• Cultivating Deeper Trust and Safety (± 10 hours)

• Create a Coaching Culture (± 30 hours)

• Coach Deeper Social Impact (± 20 hours)

• Coach Interdependent Decision-makers (± 20 hours)

​

The pilots will be offered at a significant discount to Coach Deeper Level 1 graduates.
